Most prominently, the Firm has prepared, advised and modified the foundational loan agreements used by lenders in the automobile dealership finance industry; documented multi-billion dollar credit facilities used by Government-Sponsored Entities, with attention to avoiding fraudulent transfer issues related to lending in multi-borrower affiliate relationships; and provided advice and counsel to clients involved in syndicated and participated credit structures.
