The Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit reversed the Hunstein  decision that had held that sharing information with a third party vendor might constitute a violation of the FDCPA.  The decision does not make a ruling on the merits but, instead, found that the Plaintiff had failed to allege a concrete harm that would provide Article III standing.  A copy of the decision is here:
