The trial court correctly denied the moving defendant’s Anti-SLAPP motion to strike plaintiff’s libel and false light claims.  The claims were based on publications by other defendants, not by the moving defendant.  When a claim alleges no conduct by the moving defendant, it cannot arise from that defendant’s protected conduct and so cannot be attacked by an Anti-SLAPP motion to strike, though it may be subject to demurrer.
