Stephen Britt Co-Authors Article on “Quarterly Report Impact Analysis”

At the behest of the editors of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law Quarterly Report, Stephen Britt of the Firm’s Orange County Office co-authored an article with Rebecca Fuller of St. Mary’s School of Law on the impact of the Quarterly Report on consumer financial services.  The Article, Quarterly Report Impact Analysis, analyses empirical data of judicial citations of articles published by the Quarterly Report, and the impact of some of the more frequently-cited articles on our industry.

The Firm’s history with the Conference on Consumer Finance Law is deep.  John Sullivan served for decades on the CCFL’s Governing Committee.  Currently, Scott Hyman is the Vice-President of Publications of the CCFL and Genevieve Walter-Jolly is a member of the CCFL’s Governing Committee.
