Summary Judgment Granted For National Mortgage Servicer On Claims It Breached Terms of “Trial Payment Plan”

A Sutter County Superior Court judge granted summary judgment for national mortgage servicing company on plaintiffs’ claims that they were not properly review for a loan modification pursuant to HAMP Guidelines and breached the terms of a “Trial Payment Plan” by failing to offer a permanent loan modification.
