Severson & Werson is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Farrell has been promoted to a non-equity member of the Firm.
Liz joined Severson in 2013 as an attorney in the Financial Services Group. She quickly became an integral part of that practice group, handling the large number of cases involving mortgage servicing claims. Liz has gone on to develop expertise in handing a wide variety of other financial services related cases, including retail banking operations disputes. Due to her exceptional legal research and writing talents, Liz has also been a key member of teams that handle complex litigation, class actions, trials, and appellate matters. Liz’s mastery of litigation from the inception of a case through trial and appeal has proven to be invaluable to the Firm and its ability to deliver successful results for the Firm’s clients.
