Court of Appeal (Cal.) Finds Automobile RISC Arbitration Clause Unconscionable

In Goodrich v. KDF Automotive, here, the Court of Appeal for the Fourth District found an arbitration clause in a standard form RISC unconscionable, for largely the same reasons as the Sanchez case currently pending before the California Supreme Court.
