Congress Considers Consolidating Consumer Protection Enforcement in CFPA

In support of their efforts to consolidate consumer protection enforcement in one agency, consumer advocates prepared a nifty little chart for Congress setting out the hodge-podge of administrative agency enforcement of consumer protection.
