Cal. Buy Here/Pay Here Legislation Requires Used Car Dealers to Affix Monrone-type FMV Sticker to Used Cars

Governor Brown signed AB 1534, requiring BHPH car dealers to affix FMV stickers to used vehicles offered for sale. The chaptered legislation is here and the Assembly Analysis is here.
