Katherine Figueroa is an attorney in the Orange County office of Severson & Werson and is member of the Financial Services Practice Group.
She defends mortgage lenders and loan servicers against many claims, including borrower complaints involving lender liability, wrongful foreclosure, and violations of state and federal statutes. Katherine believes in aggressive yet efficient strategies that will best yield her client’s desired results.
Katherine earned her B.A. in History and Theological Studies, Magna cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University and received her J.D. from the Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
