A Title VII claim must be filed within 90 days after the plaintiff is given a right to sue letter by the EEOC, not from the earlier date on which the plaintiff becomes entitled to such a letter.  The Title VII claim may be based on alleged acts occurring after the filing of the plaintiff’s administrative charge only to the extent such acts are part of a single unlawful employment practice—such as to prove the post-charge acts were part of a single hostile work environment claim.
