The FLSA exempts from overtime pay requirements a “salesman, partsman or mechanic primarily engaged in selling or servicing automobiles.”  This decision holds that the exemption applies to service advisors as they are engaged in servicing automobiles in the sense of selling the servicing and the sense that their activities are integral to the provision of auto servicing.
