A relative who was a trust beneficiary before recent amendments expressly disinherited her and removed her as a substitute trustee lacks standing to petition under Probate Code 17200 to set aside the recent amendments on the ground of lack of mental capacity and undue influence.  Only an actual beneficiary or trustee may petition under that section, and plaintiff was neither as a result of the recent amendments.  She had other means of challenging the amendments, but could not do so under section 17200.
