Megan N. Aldworth

Megan is a fierce advocate for her clients, devoted to finding effective solutions to complex matters. She harnesses a detail oriented, practical, yet creative mindset to strategizing.

Megan Aldworth is an attorney in the Orange County office of Severson & Werson. She is a member of the Firm’s Financial Services Practice Group.

Megan represents banks, lending institutions, and financial service organizations in a variety of matters. She defends financial institutions in claims relating to the Uniform Commercial Code, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, along with their California counterparts. She also represents clients in matters related to general banking operations and state and federal consumer protection and privacy laws.

Megan aims to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, with client goals at the center of her focus.

Megan received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She was a member of the School’s International Law Review, Journal of Regulatory Compliance, and International Association for Dispute Resolution Mediation Team. She externed with FINRA in New York, NY, and with Terlato Wines International in Lake Bluff, IL, as a law student. She received her B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University, graduating cum laude
