Severson won the dismissal of Wells Fargo Insurance Services from a suit in San Francisco Superior Court which alleged that the brokerage firm had committed professional negligence. The attorneys persuaded the court that Wells Fargo Insurance Services had not breached any professional duty to the insured, and in fact had procured exactly the type of insurance policy.
