Selene Plastiras joined Severson and Werson in May 2016, with a litigation background in construction, real estate, and professional liability. She has represented a variety of developers, landlords, homeowners, real estate brokers, and attorneys around the Bay Area. In practice, she has worked extensively in law and motion, securing advantageous rulings on seven consecutive motions while at her prior firm. She has successfully argued before the San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa, Yolo County, and Monterey County Superior Courts. Selene also has experience negotiating settlements in complex litigation cases involving as many as 30 parties. Her clients have described her as simultaneously approachable and determined, making her easy to work with while providing effective representation. Since joining Severson and Werson, Selene has expanded her practice to include engineers, architects, consultants, insurance brokers, and public entities.
Outside of the law, Selene is passionate about architecture, urban design, travel, and being outdoors.
