Saba Salamatian is an attorney in the Orange County office of Severson & Werson. Her practice focuses on defending a multitude of entities, including insurance companies, landlords, HOAs, and corporations.
Prior to joining Severson & Werson, Ms. Salamatian specialized in defending corporations, ride-share entities, and insurance carriers in general liability, insurance coverage, and personal injury lawsuits. She has extensive experience in all aspects of case handling through arbitration/trial.
As an early graduate from law school, Ms. Salamatian was recognized as a consecutive member of the Dean’s Honor Roll, an American Jurisprudence Award recipient for the Mediation Clinic, as well as a recipient of an Academic Merit Scholarship, a Distinguished Advocate Award, an Oral Advocacy Scholarship, and a Student of Distinction Award. While in law school, she participated as a small claims court mediator, obtaining ample experience in alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Salamatian received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations from The Ohio State University, earning a 3.96 cumulative GPA. Following her undergraduate education, she obtained a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.
As an Orange County native, Ms. Salamatian loves living near the beach, getting some exercise, and spending her free time with family and friends. Iranian-American in heritage, she is fluent in Farsi/Persian.
Ms. Salamatian is licensed to practice before all state courts in the State of California.
