Megan F. Clark

Megan has extensive experience handling all aspects of complex litigation, from discovery and depositions through dispositive motions, settlement negotiations and trial preparation.

Megan Clark is an Associate in Severson & Werson’s San Francisco office. Megan is a member of the Financial Services practice group, which defends banks, lenders, servicers and other financial institutions in State and Federal court against matters relating to mortgage lending and consumer finance disputes. Megan is also a member of the Employment practice group, which represents employers in a wide variety of issues arising within the employer/employee relationship, including sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, disability accommodation, retaliation, wage and hour compliance and related issues.

Megan received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2014. During law school, she mediated small claims cases at San Francisco Superior Court. Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2011 and graduated with Highest Honors.

Megan is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in California. Megan has been peer nominated as a Northern California Super Lawyers® Rising Star— a distinction given to fewer than 2.5 percent of the state’s lawyers.
