Kimia is a dedicated litigator who is committed to resolving clients’ legal problems by providing strategic solutions and valuable counseling in the practice areas of professional liability and construction.
Kimia is an Associate in Severson & Werson’s San Francisco office and is a member of the Construction practice group. Kimia represents contractors and design professionals in matters involving both residential and commercial projects. She also represents other professionals, such as real estate agents and brokers, in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
In 2015, Kimia received her J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, Kimia was an editor of the Computer and High Tech Law Journal and spent her summers interning at both the Santa Clara County Office of the District Attorney and San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where she gained experience in trial work and law and motion proceedings.
Prior to joining Severson & Werson, Kimia practiced construction defect litigation at Clapp Moroney Vucinich Beeman and Scheley, where she represented developers and subcontractors in construction related disputes.
Kimia is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in California.
