Ms. Greenberg is an experienced litigator with a diverse civil litigation practice in the defense of insured and self-insured business entities and individuals. She regularly represents clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitration and/or litigation in State and Federal Courts in California. She has represented clients involving disputes related to, among other things, premises liability, products liability, commerical and business litigation, catastrophic injury cases, defense of Prop 65 actions, landlord tenant, hospitality, transportation, wrongful death, ADA Compliance and Defense, construction site accidents and professional liability matters.
Ms. Greenberg’s general liability practice involves the representation of retailers, hotels, commercial and residential property owners and managers in personal injury cases arising from accidents on their premises. She also handles industrial accident cases, which often involve complex machinery or operations, and understanding of OSHA regulations. She also has significant experience defending manufacturers of industrial machinery, household products and various component parts, in matters typically involving fires, explosions and large property loss. She has also represented architects, engineers and construction managers in professional liability matters.
Ms. Greenberg is a proponent and frequent user of mediation and informal settlement negotiations as a means to reduce clients’ litigation costs. She has mediated hundreds of cases prior to trial with successful results and works closely with her clients in recommending effective strategies towards reaching the clients’ unique set of goals.
