A highly motivated and pragmatic attorney with more than ten years of experience, Evelina represents financial services clients in all phases of litigation, from the pleadings through trial.
Evelina represents banks and other financial institutions in a broad range of suits pending in state and federal trial courts. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery, mediation and arbitration, and trial. In addition to representing clients against suits brought by individuals, Evelina has extensive experience representing clients in class actions filed in courts around the country.
Evelina earned her LL.B. at Gladzor Univesity School of Law in Armenia in 1998, and her Master’s Degrees from the American University of Armenia in 1999 and Boston Univesity School of Law in 2002. Prior to joining Severson & Werson, Evelina was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she represented a number of Fortune 500 Companies in a wide range of matters, including securities fraud class actions, derivative suits, and internal investigations.
