Eunji C. Cho

Eunji employes a detailed-oriented approach to investigation and works closely with clients to develop effective strategies to reach a favorable resolution, whether by targeted motion practice, settlement negotiation, or trial.

Eunji Cho is an Associate in Severson & Werson’s San Francisco office, where she focuses her practice on construction litigation. Eunji has broad experience in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining Severson & Werson, Eunj represented individuals, professionals, and businesses in a wide range of disputes, including class action claims. While in law school, Eunji externed for the Honorable Katherine Feinstein of the San Francisco Superior Court. Eunji also served as an Articles Editor for the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin and interned for the Institute of Democracy and Justice in Haiti.
