After working his way through college as a court clerk, Allan now has over 30 years’ experience as a counselor and trial lawyer. In that time, he’s provided his clients with reliable legal advice and skilled advocacy in hundreds of cases involving personal injury, employment discrimination, real property disputes, subrogation claims, landlord-tenant litigation, and commercial litigation. He has taken over 30 cases to trial as lead trial counsel in courts throughout California, with most of them trial by jury. Allan has also argued before the First District Court of Appeals.
Allan gives his clients service that is designed to serve their best interests, and many times those interests include early resolution. He has represented those interests in hundreds of successful mediations and arbitrations that avoided trials and other costly litigation for his clients.
In recognition of his professionalism, in 2011 the members of the American Board of Trial Advocates elected Allan to membership. He is a supporting Life Fellow of ABOTA.
