Under Lab. Code 6627, an employer has 30 days from the denial of its petition for reconsideration of an ALJ’s decision by the OSH Appeals Board in which to file a petition for a writ of administrative mandamus in the superior court. The 30 days runs from the date on which the Appeals Board enters its decision, not from the later date on which the employer receives the decision.
