A signed, filed-endorsed minute order granting an Anti-SLAPP motion as to the entire complaint was a final appealable order.  Plaintiff had 60 days from the date the clerk mailed a copy of the order in which to appeal.  The appeal time was not extended when the trial court thereafter needlessly entered a one-page formal order granting the motion.  Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration did not extend the time for appeal because (a) it was untimely, having been served more than 10 days after the clerk served the minute order granting the Anti-SLAPP motion, and (b) was ineffective in any event since the minute order was a final judgment, after the entry of which the trial court could no longer reconsider its order, the only available trial court remedy being a new trial motion.
