Civil trials are expensive, particularly with respect to design and construction disputes. Severson & Werson was a leader in developing mediation as an alternative to litigation and its attorneys have successfully resolved hundreds of construction cases through mediation. They are also well-versed in all other alternative dispute resolution processes employed to resolve construction disputes, including arbitration, SB 800, Calderon, Early Neutral Evaluation, Expedited Jury Trials and equitable adjustment processes.
