Defense Trial Victory: Claims for Breach of Standard of Care, Indemnity Claim for Patent Deficiency

Severson’s Construction Group successfully defended a prominent Northern California architectural firm in a three week trial, in San Francisco Superior Court. Led by the trial team of David Ericksen and Kathy Foley, Severson & Werson persuaded the jury to vote 12-0 on two affirmative defenses fully vindicating the architect. The claimed damages exceeded $17 million.
