David A. Ericksen, the leader of the Firm’s Construction Practice Group, has authored an article on condominium design issues which appears in the current edition of Stamped, Sealed & Delivered: A Risk Management Publication for Architects & Engineers. The article, which appears on page one, “Condo Criteria: Selection, Strategy and Steps to a Successful Condo Project,” provides a comprehensive risk management and performance strategy for design professionals who are selecting and delivering residential condominium projects.
