From 101, South of the City (SFO):

Head north on 101. Take the 4th Street exit, which will put you on Bryant headed east. Turn left on Main, and veer right as you cross Market Street. Main becomes Drumm and the Hyatt Regency will be on your right. Pass the hotel, turn left onto Sacramento Street and follow to Front Street. Turn right on Front Street, and the building on the left hand side will be One Embarcadero Center.

From Bay Bridge, east of the City:

Take the first right hand exit (Fremont/Main) on the San Francisco side of the Bay Bridge. It will put you on Fremont heading north towards Market Street. On the north side of Market, Fremont becomes Front Street. Continue along on Front Street and you will see One Embarcadero Center on your left hand side.

From Marin, north of the City:

After taking 101 South over the Golden Gate Bridge, take the Marina exit and continue through turns. Turn left on Bay Street over hill. Turn right on Columbus and continue to Montgomery. Turn left on Clay, then right on Battery. One Embarcadero Center will be on your left.

Public Transportation:

Bart/Muni: Get off at the Embarcadero Station and take the Davis Street exit to street level. Walk up California Street to Front Street and turn right.

Muni Bus numbers 1, 2, 7, 9, 14, 21, 31, 38, 41, 42, and 71 stop along Market Street and adjacent streets.
