Sean R. McTigue is an associate in Severson & Werson's San Francisco office, where he practices in the Financial Services Litigation group.
Mr. McTigue graduated from Berkeley Law (Boalt Hall) at the University of California, Berkeley in 2012. During his first-year summer, Mr. McTigue was a law extern for the Honorable Mark B. Simons of the First District Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California. Mr. McTigue also earned the Prosser Prize for excellence in the field of Torts during his first year. Mr. McTigue competed for two years in the Moot Court program. In his second year, he competed in the Constance Baker Motley Moot Court Competition, where he reached the Semi-Final round. In his third year, he competed in the New York Bar Association's National Moot Court Competition (NMCC), winning the regional stage and reaching the final round at the national stage.
Mr. McTigue earned his Honors Bachelor of Science in Philosophy, with a minor in Music, cum laude, from the University of Utah in 2009. He performed in the University's jazz ensemble.
