William E. Hannan

William Hannan joined Severson & Werson in 1994 after a stint as in-house counsel with Travelers Insurance Company, and six years with the U.S.N.R.’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps (where he retired with the rank of Captain).

Mr. Hannan focuses his practice on the defense of claims involving commercial and personal lines coverage, and product liability claims (design and manufacturing defects). He also defends personal injury and property damage lawsuits, represents financial institutions in consumer litigation, contractors and suppliers in construction delay and defect claims, and professionals against errors and omissions claims.

Mr. Hannan also has extensive dispute resolution experience.
