Susan M. Santerelli

Susan Santerelli joined Severson’s Real Estate group as an associate in 1998. Her practice focuses on transactions and real estate finance, tax-deferred exchanges, regulatory compliance, and licensing.

Ms. Santerelli recently co-authored the supplement to Fiduciary Duties of Directors and Corporate Governance in the Vicinity of Insolvency for the 21st Annual Current Developments in Bankruptcy, for the Practicing Law Institute. She is an active member in the Real Property sections of the San Francisco and State Bar Associations, and the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Since 2004, Ms. Santerelli has served on the Board of Advisers for the Corporate Law Departments Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California.
