Regina J. McClendon
Regina McClendon is a Member in the firm’s Financial
Services Litigation group. Her specific experience includes:
Financial Institution Litigation: Ms. McClendon
represents financial institutions (primarily mortgage lenders,
auto finance companies, and loan servicers) in suits raising
a variety of lender liability claims.
Business and Commercial Litigation: Ms. McClendon prosecutes
and defends actions arising from complex business transactions,
fiduciary relationships, partnerships, and business torts.
Class Actions: Ms. McClendon represents mortgage
banking and auto finance companies and financial institutions
in class actions raising claims based on statutory violations,
unfair business practices, breach of contract, and fraud.
Ms. McClendon joined Severson & Werson in 1999.
She is a member of the Editorial Board of Advisors for the
Consumer
Financial Services Law Report. Published bi-weekly
by LRP Publications, the Consumer Financial Services Law Report
provides current legal news and developments to attorneys in
the financial services industry.
