Nannette De Lara

Nannette De Lara joined Severson & Werson as Special Counsel in 2000. Her civil litigation and transactional practice focuses on product liability, construction defect and delay, and environmental/land use issues.

As a construction litigator, Ms. De Lara has represented design professionals regarding a wide array of projects including schools, hospitals, santitation systems, bridges, highways, parking structures, jails, residential housing, shopping malls and other commercial structures, and churches. Ms. De Lara also counsels and trains design professionals regarding matters of loss prevention and other construction-related issues.

Ms. De Lara has published a piece entitled "Documentary Evidence – A Retrospective Study in Prevention of Liability," Legal Handbook for Architects, Engineers, and Contractors (Clark Boardman 1986).
