Maureen A. Rodgers

Maureen Rodgers is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice.

Ms. Rodgers graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2006, where she was the solicitation editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. During law school, Ms. Rodgers worked for the Napa and South Bend public defenders, handling misdemeanor cases. In addition to criminal experience, Ms. Rodgers has an antitrust background. In law school, Ms. Rodgers was a research assistant for her antitrust professor and assisted in updating Kintner’s Federal Antitrust Law treatise. Prior to law school, Ms. Rodgers spent two years working as a paralegal in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.

In addition to her juris doctorate, Ms. Rodgers also received an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2001, where she triple majored, graduated summa cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Rodgers is proficient in Spanish, and has lived abroad in both Spain and Argentina.

Ms. Rodgers joined Severson & Werson in 2007 after practicing with Kirkland & Ellis in their commercial litigation department. Ms. Rodgers is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
