Larry W. Telford

Larry Telford became a Member of Severson & Werson in 1990. He is the senior member of the Real Estate Group.

Mr. Telford’s concentration since joining Severson has been on real estate secured lending and workouts, realizing upon real estate collateral and REO portfolio asset dispositions, commercial real estate development, and sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties, including Fixed Base Operations for corporate/general aviation.

Before joining Severson, Mr. Telford was General Counsel of Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corporation, the combined real estate and industrial development activities of the merged Southern Pacific Company and Santa Fe Industries.

Prior to the formation of the merged real estate company, Mr. Telford was a member of the Law Department of Southern Pacific Company and responsible for all legal affairs of Southern Pacific Land Company involving industrial and commercial real estate development, sales and leasing, agriculture and water law, oil and gas development and production, geothermal, windfarm, mini-hydro and alternative energy production, forestry and mining.
