Kathleen A. Foley

Kathleen Foley joined the firm in 2003 as Special Counsel to the firm's Construction group.  She has 29 years of experience representing owners, developers, general contractors, trade contractors, design professionals and construction managers in all aspects of construction disputes and contract interpretation.

Prior to joining Severson & Werson, Ms. Foley practiced with local firms Long & Levit and Gordon & Rees. She has also served as Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco, and as Assistant Chief Trial Deputy under City Attorney George Agnost.

Ms. Foley is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco.  In addition to being admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California, Ms. Foley is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
