Joshua E. Whitehair

Joshua Whitehair is an associate in the firm’s Mortgage Banking practice where he represents financial institutions, particularly banks and mortgage lenders, in a variety of business litigation matters.

A 2006 graduate of the Boalt Hall School of Law, Mr. Whitehair was a legal extern to the Honorable Claudia Wilken of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
