Gregory E. Eisner
Gregory Eisner is Special Counsel in Severson & Werson’s Orange County office and a member of the firm’s Construction and Insurance practice groups. Utilizing more than ten years experience in complex litigation in state and federal courts around the country, Mr. Eisner represents construction design professionals, contractors and other businesses in construction defect and design, product and general liability, sports and entertainment, and complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Eisner’s experience includes defending engineering firms and contractors in construction design and defect litigation concerning residential, industrial and infrastructure projects. He also represents product manufacturers and retailers in toxic tort, wrongful death, warranty, and “Lemon Law” litigation, as well as owners, operators and organizers of sports and recreation centers and activities in personal injury litigation concerning catastrophic to minor injuries. Mr. Eisner has extensive experience handling consumer and business disputes, including cases concerning unfair trade and debt collection practices, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, trade secrets, and federal antitrust claims.
In addition to his trial court experience, Mr. Eisner has prepared successful appeals resulting in a published decision by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and an emergency writ of mandate in the California Court of Appeal in Los Angeles.
Mr. Eisner joined Severson & Werson in June 2008. He is a member of the State Bars of California and Oregon. |
