Forrest Booth

Forrest Booth is a Member in the firm’s Insurance Litigation Group. His specific experience includes:

Insurance Litigation: Mr. Booth represents Underwriters and insurance companies in commercial general liability, environmental, protection and indemnity, products liability, subrogation, construction defect, and oil and gas energy matters. His extensive international insurance experience includes representation of insurers in the London and Scandinavian markets, in both coverage and defense cases. He has represented insurance brokers in errors and omissions matters, and reinsurance companies in coverage litigation.

Admiralty and Maritime Litigation: Mr. Booth has experience in all areas of admiralty and maritime litigation. His expertise includes marine insurance, cargo in transit, marine hull, aviation liability, ship repairers’ legal liability, control of well, and charterers’ liability. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States and serves on its committee on Marine Insurance.

Mr. Booth joined Severson & Werson as a Member practicing in the Insurance Practice Group in 2006. He is a member of The State Bar of California, The Bar Association of the District of Columbia, Best Lawyers in America, the ASIA-Pacific Lawyers Association, the International Bar Association, and The Bar Association of San Francisco. Mr. Booth is member of the Board of Directors of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
