Eric M. Crowe

Eric Crowe, Special Counsel to Severson’s Insurance Law group, joined the firm in 2000. He has over a decade of experience in defense of insurance coverage, bad faith, UCL/unfair business practice and class actions.

Mr. Crowe defends insurers at the trial court and appellate level in actions involving the duty to indemnify and policy coverage, including property/casualty, life, health and disability, CGL, CHL, and E&O. He prosecutes Insurance Code ¡è11580 actions, and has had significant exposure to products liability, medical malpractice, construction defense and premises liability/personal injury actions.
