Daniel Ng

Daniel Ng joined the firm's Construction group as Special Counsel in 2003.  He specializes in the defense of design professionals in trial, arbitration and mediation. He also has extensive experience with the drafting of construction contracts and client consultation (on issues such as construction contract administration, public contracts, contract bidding, and environmental cleanup).

Mr. Ng has additional experience in general business litigation, and his cases have included such matters as unfair business practice allegations, enforcement of an international judgement, employee embezzlement, and contract disputes.

In addition to a law degree from Boalt Hall, Mr. Ng also has a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and practiced with architecture firms from 1986 until 1990. Mr. Ng grew up in Hong Kong, and speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.
