Daniel A. Shama
Daniel Shama is an associate in the Firm’s Financial Service practice group. Mr. Shama represents major financial institutions, including banks, mortgage lenders, and consumer financial companies, in all stages of litigation. Mr. Shama has experience handling complex litigation matters. In 2003, Mr. Shama obtained his juris doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Shama participated in Moot Court appellate advocacy competitions and wrote for the International Law Journal, authoring a critique of federal tax code provisions on transfer pricing for international businesses. Mr. Shama also studied at Magdalen College in Oxford, England during law school. In 1999, Mr. Shama graduated from Claremont McKenna College cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.
