Ann L. Strayer

Ann L. Strayer, Special Counsel with the firm’s Insurance Law group, specializes in professional liability defense, insurance coverage and litigation, with an emphasis on legal malpractice defense.

Ms. Strayer defends professionals including attorneys, design professionals, real estate brokers, physicians, dentists, nurses, accountants and security dealers against errors and omissions and other claims. She also advises insurers and insureds regarding coverage, and defends insurers against bad faith claims. Ms. Strayer also defends product liability claims.

Ms. Strayer was previously a member of Long & Levit and Hinshaw & Culbertson’s San Francisco’s office.
