Adam A. Hutchinson

Adam Hutchinson is a Member in the Firm’s Irvine office, where he focuses his practice on labor and employment, automobile finance litigation, and complex litigation defense.

In the labor and employment realm, Mr. Hutchinson counsels employers on a wide variety of issues including discrimination and harassment, employee termination, privacy rights, and employee benefits. He defends state and federal employment law actions including claims of discrimination on the basis of disability, race, gender, or age, breach of contract, defamation.

Mr. Hutchinson also represents automobile finance companies in actions involving violations of the fair debt collection practices acts, credit reporting, wrongful repossession, refusal of reinstatement, breach of warranty and rescission, lien and title disputes, and leasing act violations. He has complex litigation experience, having participated in the defense of complex class actions in a variety of contexts, including unfair business practices claims under California Business & Professions Code Section 17200.

Mr. Hutchinson is a member of the Orange County Bar Association (Financial Practice, Labor and Employment Sections), American Bar Association, and the State Bar of California.
