Mr. Bertinetti is a 1973 graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law.   He has been with the Firm since 1976, as a Member since 1981.   His practice has specialized in the representation of financial institutions in all forms of litigation, including numerous arbitrations and trials to judgment, verdict, or award.   He is at present primarily engaged in the defense of foreclosure prevention cases.
