Megan Gruber is an associate practicing in Severson & Werson's Financial Services Litigation group. She litigates on behalf of banks, mortgage lenders, and servicers in suits involving TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, RICO, Business and Professions Code section 17200, contract, and tort claims.
Prior to joining Severson & Werson, Ms. Gruber litigated at a national law firm where her practice focused on commercial and real estate litigation, along with toxic tort litigation. She also gained experience at a law firm specializing in financial services litigation on behalf of banks, lenders and servicers. Ms. Gruber has handled matters at all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts, for clients in a wide range of industries.
Ms. Gruber earned her law degree in 2006 from the University of Michigan Law School. She also holds a B.S. magna cum laude in economics from the University of Southern Maine.
