Megan C. Kelly is an Associate practicing with the Firm's Financial Services Litigation practice group. Megan's prior employment experience includes Workers' Compensation Insurance Litigation and Procurement Contract Management.

Ms. Kelly received her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she served as a published writer and editor on the Golden Gate University Law Review. During law school, Ms. Kelly worked as an extern for Magistrate Judge Chen of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California and Administrative Law Judge Etchingham of the U.S. Department of Labor. Ms. Kelly earned her B.A. in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

She is admitted to the State Bar Association of California.
