Jarlath Curran is a litigation associate in the Firm’s Irvine office and is a member of the Financial Services practice group. Mr. Curran represents major financial institutions, including banks, mortgage lenders, consumer financial companies and auto finance companies, in all stages of litigation. Mr. Curran specializes in the representation of retail, wholesale, and warehouse mortgage lenders in their defense against borrower complaints involving lender liability, wrongful foreclosure, title claims, breach of contract and violations of the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and Business & Professions Code section 17200.
In 2005, Mr. Curran obtained his juris doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, Mr. Curran participated in Moot Court appellate advocacy competitions and student government. Mr. Curran graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2002 with a Bachlor of Science degree in civil engineering.

Financial Institution Litigation: Representation of financial institutions, primarily mortgage lenders, auto finance companies, and loan servicers, in suits raising a variety of lender liability claims.
Business and Commercial Litigation: Prosecute and defend actions arising from complex business transactions, fiduciary relationships, partnerships, suretyships, employment termination, and business torts.
Class Actions: Representation of mortgage banking companies, auto finance companies, and financial institutions in class actions raising claims based on statutory violations, unfair business practices, breach of contract, and fraud.
