Mark Zunino is a Member of the firm’s Construction group, and practices primarily in the area of construction defect litigation. He has extensive experience representing architects, engineers and contractors in matters involving construction disputes and alleged errors in construction design and workmanship. He also has experience in personal injury, product liability, environmental contamination and toxic tort litigation.
Mr. Zunino has received an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association (Construction Section) and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Mr. Zunino's primary areas of Legal Practice include:
Construction Litigation: Representing design professionals, construction managers, developers and contractors in construction defect and delay claims.
Professional Liability: Defending architects, engineers, and other professionals against errors and omissions and other claims.
General Litigation: Representing plaintiffs and defendants in all manner of commercial, property and casualty disputes.
